    Corrugated Sheets

Cardboard sheets are commonly used to reinforce paper based goods such as calendars and art prints, as well as textile goods such as bedding and shirts. Large cardboard sheets are widely used as dividers for packaging and storage. They provide an additional protective layer around pallets or are placed between boxes that are stacked on top of each other in a warehouse as a means of maximising damage protection.

Flat sheets are also used as cardboard sleeves. These may form the main packaging solution, or they can be an additional layer that transforms standard boxes into branded items. By applying a printed cardboard sleeve, a standard box can be re-imagined into an extensive product range.

Robust Material

Our boxes are made from corrugated cardboard, a simple, yet highly effective material. By layering a fluted sheet between two flat sheets of paper, a strong and durable result is achieved. When formed into carton boxes, it is the ideal way to package, store, transport and display an extensive range of goods, so they reach the customer in perfect condition.

Sustainable

Carton packaging can be largely or completely made from recycled materials. In the majority of cases a high percentage of recycled material is mixed with paper from sustainable forests. This makes cardboard a sustainable material that has a relatively low environmental impact. We add to this by using cutting techniques that focus on waste minimisation.

Cost Effective

In addition to the environmental benefits of sourcing recycled materials, there is also an advantage in terms of cost. Recycled materials are cheaper than raw materials and by actively reducing waste further cost reductions can be made.
